Since 1974, we've received orders from private labs worldwide that buy whole frozen insects from us as source material for venom immunotherapy. These labs extract the venom to create products that diagnose and treat life-threatening allergies.

This year, for the first time ever, we received no insect orders. We were left with a choice: close our doors, or ask the community we've served for free for over 50 years to help support us as we transition to a paid model.

Yes! Whenever we can access a nest — in the ground, on an eave, or in a bush or tree — we still use our tried-and-true chemical-free removal method. It takes longer than spraying chemicals, but it's better for the environment and for you.

And because we're now a paid service, we can take on more than before: small nests, wasp nests, bumblebees, solitary bees, and even nests inside walls or roofs (using carefully applied insecticide where needed).

A flat fee of $225 covers a single nest or multiple problem areas on one property.

Consultations are $100, and if we find an issue that needs resolving, we credit that fee toward the removal.

Cash at the time of service, or we can email an invoice payable by credit card, debit card, or ACH bank transfer. We don't accept checks.

Yes. Most removals need no chemicals at all — we vacuum up the foraging insects and physically remove the nest, a process that takes about 45 minutes. When we do treat a nest inside a wall or roof void, the insecticide is applied only inside the structure, so there's no exposure risk to you or your family.

Yes. For yellow jackets, hornets, or wasps nesting in inaccessible spots, we vacuum up most of the insects, locate the nest with a thermal imaging camera, and apply a small, targeted amount of insecticide directly to it. Occasionally a second treatment is needed — we do this at no extra charge.

Absolutely— 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If a wall or roof treatment needs a follow-up visit, it's always free. You don't pay until your problem is fully resolved.

We're still collecting them, hoping to find buyers in the future. Because that's not guaranteed, we're passing the uncertainty on to you as a discounted removal price rather than charging full pest-control rates.

Bumblebees, solitary bees, and other pollinators we remove are relocated to our farm in Rochester, WA, where they live out their lives among the flowers.
